My family dinner table was full of fighting and spats! We all seemed to be miscommunicating! The energy! I know it's just part of the bigger energy among us!

Sorry you're facing family squabbles. :( If it's any consolation, I can commisserate--I'm about ready to travel all the way across the country to kick my brother and SIL in their myopic behinds. I am SOOOOO crabby all of a sudden!
Long story, but in a nutshell they're being massively self-centered and no amount of gentle hinting on my part is getting through to them. So apparently they're going to do whatever the hell they want and the rest of the family (me, my mother) have to follow along at great inconvenience to us, or go hang. Or something. :grr:
So what's the solution? How do we overcome this?

I know! Hubby observed there is a possibility of raging hormones involved.. Isn't that a convenient male dominated answer??..Gotta go find my happy place! Deep breaths and Aretha Franklin R E S P E C T!

| 3. No hormones involved here--tell your hubby! |

Just lots of stubborn family members! :banghead:
I did the deep breathing thing while I did the dishes and tried to get to the bottom of why I'm so massively pissed off. I have a couple of ideas, but nothing concrete yet. So I would still like to schedule my sibling and his family for an ass kicking! :P

| 5. LOL I haven't gotten to contemplating my wardrobe for said ass kicking yet |
|
You bring up a good point. I'm leaning toward pointy-toed, but then again, steel-toed round boots would have a nice oomph. I'm sorry I don't own any Doc Martens...
