I am shamelessly asking for some healing vibes be sent to my daughter

I posted the below elsewhere, but I also wanted to post it here. I really believe in the power of a group, and this is an amazing group.

For the first time since I knew that my daughter has cancer, I am frightened that she might not make it. I did not know that her cancer is so aggressive.

I apologize for not participating in this forum for quite some time. It is related to the fact that I chose to be a mod.

"In a nutshell, I found out today that my daughter who is undergoing chemo for breast cancer will need to undergo six weeks of radiation after the chemo treatment completes (in about a month). She will need to go everyday for about 10 minutes -- this will be very difficult for her as she has young kids and she will need to travel about 25 miles one-way to the radiation center everyday.

What was more disturbing to hear is that her cancer is more aggressive than I thought even a day ago. Apparently, the cancer was found outside her lymph glands in the armpit where her lymph glands were removed. I am pretty upset about this. When she had her surgery, she was told by her surgeon that her cancer was a stage '2'. And then when she went to her oncologist, her cancer became a stage '3'. But, we always thought that this was because of the number of lymph nodes the cancer was found in.

Now, we are told that the cancer had spread outside the nodes. I don't understand why at least Tracie wasn't told this from the beginning.

Tracie also told me today that her oncologist is pretty sure that there will be a recommendation that her ovaries be removed.

I am now officially scared that I might lose my daughter.

This news, coupled with (1) so much tremendous stress at work, and (2) that I have bronchitis and can't sleep, almost sent me over the edge today.

Fortunately, I was working from my daughter's home today and taking care of 3-yr-old Isabelle (Tracie's daughter) and 3-yr-old Ryan (my daughter Kim's son) while Tracie had her chemo. They helped me to stay in the present today while I fed them, broke up their fights, and read to them (meanwhile trying to get some work in). Thank goodness for them.

I probably won't revisit this thread often as I have to meet a deadline at work that is taking most of my time. But, I hope that it is understood that I will be appreciative of whatever support my daughter will receive.

Sometimes, hope is all we have left and we should be devoutly grateful for it. Nobody knows what the future holds for us or the ones we love. It is profoundly unsettling and perplexing. You are doing all you can do. I will remember her daily and sometimes when energy is directed by some to one, it is effective. Sometimes, it isn't. I truly am sorry you are going through this right now. I've been there and will attempt to give you some of what I learned. Plough ahead, for behind you is a quagmire of doubts and sorrow. Many people need you right now, and you will be there for them. Let what is to be, be, and prepare yourself to be a balm of joy and love in the coming months whatever goes down. It cost you nothing to be joyful and loving, and will be a blessing and gift to all who depend on you and need you so desperately at this time, but mostly, it will lift your spirits. Hold her hand when she cries, and above all, make sure she laughs as much as possible. If Tracie wasn't told the cancer was outside the nodes, it's because it wasn't found outside the nodes. The doctors wouldn't have withheld such information. It could have been just a single cell at that point, even somewhere in circulation...

28. I will do Violet Flame healing on both of you tonight

First, for your stress :hug: and to let you know what I'm doing (sometimes successfully) for my bronchitis. One therapy is to take a large dose of Vitamin-D of 16,000 IU for four days, though I found it takes a week to have the same effect for my large body ;)

Also, a daily teaspoon of Black Elderberry syrup, and a "bronchial wellness" syrup that I found worked great the first time I took it (the beneficial effects seemed to taper off the longer I took it, but it still helps initially.) I'm using the Gaia Herbs brand, so you should be able to find it at vitamin stores or Whole Foods. The elderberry is anti-viral as not all bronchitis is bacterial.

I know there are more things we can do to take care of it, but I'll have to transcribe the listings in the book "Prescription for Nutritional Health" and I recommend it as a book we should all own :)

Another source of multiple remedies is Earth Clinic. And I know someone here has talked about getting your internal ph a little more alkaline to combat disease. I have found that kombucha tea has a similar ph to ACV (apple cider vinegar) and it so much more palatable! :D

I hope this all helps in some measure, and I'll get to that Violet Flame healing now
