Interesting book suggestion

I read this book several years ago because it appealed to me on several levels. It's fiction, a mystery, written by a woman in India who practices Vedic astrology. The main character is also a woman, who runs a private detective agency, using Vedic astrology to help her investigations. Oh, & it has a cat. :)
