no need to reply a bunch, just wanted to say I'm sorry for being so ME ME ME last week and I appreciate everyone's input and kindness. Hope everyone can see this and then let it drop to the bottom of the page..we've got a lot of other, more important stuff to work on.

I believe that I had to have my personal crisis then so that I could remain calm and centered for all of this.

I am better. This (Japan) is breaking my heart (too), but I am taking frequent breaks and intervals to go inward and send love and light to those many souls who have chosen to move on.

OH!! and Reginas's blog on CMN is good today..go check it out if you can.
