June opens the summer season in our hemisphere. I invite all of those who are in need of light, prayers, and healing to bring your requests to us in this thread. May you find peace and joy in releasing your burdens.

I invite you to enter for a moment
into Sacred Time and Space,
into a way of seeing that is broad and spacious.
See this Day, from the time you arose this morning
until you sleep this evening, as one Ceremony,
divided into small and familiar rituals,
your Heart as the Altar.
You, part of the Cycles of Light and Darkness.
Now begin to see your Life,
from the moment of your Conception
until the time of your Death
as one long, continuous Ceremony,
filled with many rituals,
some familiar, some unknown and challenging.
Your Home and all Your Relations, the Altar.
You, part of many Seasons and Cycles.
Now see this Ceremony of your Life
as part of a much larger Ceremony that extends
Seven Generations into the Past and Seven into the Future,
made up of many Births and Deaths.
This beautiful spinning Earth the Altar.
You, part of the great Ebb and Flow.
Now, if You will, imagine this larger Ceremony
to be but one part of a Ceremony so grand,
so magnificent as to be hardly comprehensible,
a great, vast Ceremonial Circle, rich and vibrant
with millions upon millions of swirling
Circles of Dancing Light,
and You, one of those Dancing Circles,
a Dancer on the Altar that is the Universe,
where Time is Eternal.

6. Prayers for support, intuitive vibes: Taking a risk

I'm leaving my job in order to take care of my son over the summer and to manifest my publishing enterprise.

I've never taken a risk like this, and I've been feeling secure in my decision until today (my last day on the job) when I read one astrologer's transit analysis advising "me" not to do anything rash regarding employment. I made this decision two weeks ago after a lot of thought, and consulting with respected others, and I won't/can't/don't want to change my mind. But I'm feeling something that's kind of like fear, but I don't want to call it that, preferring to focus on the excitement of change and the potential of my future.

I struggle with intertia and procrastination. I think it's related to the unhappiness I've felt in my marriage and boredom in my work environment, and now I'm free (or nearly so) of these relationships, but I need to shed my resistance and FORGE ahead into making my dreams come true.

This is a new chapter in my life. I need new habits. Prayers are appreciated.

10. For my young friend Amy;

Amy lost her job. They screwed around with her over the FMLA, saying she did not fill out the paperwork correctly.

Amy has a six year old. She lives in my small town rather than in the larger community where she worked. The schools are better here.

Right after she lost her job, she found out she was pregnant. She has a fiance who has raised her daughter like his own. But she is diabetic, and lost her insurance. I wonder if that is why her workplace messed with her: a slightly higher risk pregnancy.

She has a positive attitude, but I think she needs support.

Unemployed, out of UI benefits, no money, living on what credit I have left. My house is about to go into forclosure, too. In other words, about as big a financial hole as it gets. If anyone can spare any light/energy/whatever it would surely be appreciated.

17. Poison ivy all over my face

Crap, crap, crap!!! I have it all over my eyelids and nose and lips and some on my ears -- everything swollen and covered in red itchy blisters. I'm miserable.

Please, any healing energy you can send would be appreciated. My doc called in some prednisone, and said I could come by for a shot if I need one, but hoping I won't.

20. Get someone to go by the drugstore for you and pick up a tube of

Itch-X gel. It's OTC and my allergist's office uses it when there are reactions to allergy shots. Also, Lidocaine Plus (topical anesthetic)works pretty good to stop pain/itch, but don't put it near your eyes. I feel for you, honey, and hope this is over soon. :hug:

19. Ugh. I have a very, very bad feeling about this month.

June, heading into July, feels very red. As in deep frustration, anger, upset, etc. Can't tell if it's a harbinger of energies coming into my life or the life of society at large.

I thought I'd processed my feelings of anger and resentment over the coming Big One (major scandal and potential governmental damage) but I'm feeling them again. Sort of...I feel more fear than anything else. How can we survive this?

Also, I think I need some balancing energy to my left side. It's been doing too much work this week. :-)

I don't know if anyone read yesterday's article about her recovery, but I am very afraid her staff members are attempting to prepare everyone for the fact she's not going to be able to go back to Congress.

I'm thinking about her and her family today.

31. Having a hard time financially (again)...

I really didn't want this summer to be a struggle, as it has been in the years before..but our food stamps got denied and we can't reapply until the 23rd; and it takes a couple weeks for a decision. Husband has another court date in August and I don't know if he'll be going to jail or not. I am in the process of taking bartending classes; and will be certified sometime this month; so hopefully that will be a good job for me just in case/in addition to his. He lost his second job the other night because of circumstance (def. not his fault) and we don't know if another opportunity is close or not. I had a major bout of depression Tuesday/Wed and I still can't shake a 'down' feeling today. Any thoughts you can spare would be welcomed. I think things will be moving in some direction soon, but I'm not sure which one.

I swear, it is literally the second day of kids being out of school and i am freaking out.
we live in a beautiful place and they can;t find SOMETHING to do?

I tried to get laney to go play with her brother, but she's mad at me for kicking her off the comouter, so she turns the hose on him full force in the face

i call friends but they all seem to have plans...and not with us (though most of them know eachother and do stuff together all the time)
it's awkward when just one gets a friend to play with and they end up turning on eachother

so now i end up feeling like a social leper like it's my fault i can;t find something fun to do
and like i have gas or money to take them somewhere

need relief, in many ways

51. I'm having some resentment & anger issues.

I feel like I'm being held back because of another's 'mistakes'; and of course maybe I'm allowing them to hold me back..but I don't think the alternative to participating in this is viable either. So I'm a bit stuck (physically) and of course, for the UMPTEENTH summer in a row; we are BROKE. This is mostly because of payments we have to make to the courts and counseling. I guess I should be happy someone is getting help and not in jail (yet); but instead I'm just angry and resentful. I've done my part by going to bartending school; and I have a lot of connections around town, but everyone wants an *experienced* bartender; and it seems that just because i was an exotic dancer, I must be considered unreliable..even to people that have known me for years. I have news for them: during the first four years I danced; I ALSO worked a 6 AM to 4 PM medium-labor job; and during the next 5-8 years I worked at a tanning salon..ya know, with a SCHEDULE and stuff? Didn't get fired from either one! So there.
Damn, I'm pissed. Very sorry, friends.
And I'm tired. Tired tired tired tired of being financially unable to even do a simple thing like BUY ICE CREAM. It's bullshit and I'm completely over it.
