Anyone notice a lot of contrariness in the 'air' today?

1. I accidentally knocked down a whole display

With my grocery cart Today. Scared the woman it fell beside too. LOL!
Luckily she was an employee. I ended up playing 1000 card pick up with Kings island Passes till we both got it all picked back up.
I apologized several times She was really cool about it and even Thanked me for helping to put it back together.

2. Not just today on DU but for a long time.

It was quite different when I first landed on this website and everyone was warm and welcoming. If you made an error, they gently corrected it. It was like the VIP lounge at the airport. Now it's like the main terminal.

3. All of cyberspace is suddenly like going through interrogation by TSA....

I'm only posting in groups at Wishadoo for the near future. I'm staying away from public message boards. People are just plain nasty and mean-spirited in general right now, I find, and I lose my patience too easily.

4. I hear ya!

I can't stand to go to GD here because everyone is so nasty and rude. I think that's why I limit myself to this group and a couple others -- at least here, when someone is mean or nasty they are gently reminded that we play nice here or we go home. I only with the rest of DU were as kind and gentle.

from DU. Majority of posts I can't even bother to open.
