I'm a believer, the tide is turning!

Mister has been dealing with a difficult colleague at work, literally for five years straight. Pretty much a case of new, young energy (Mister) versus entrenched old guard (colleague). Colleague recently tried to bring matters to a head and make things really REALLY difficult for Mister - in fact, the actions he was pursuing could have damaged Mister's future career at this institution and others.

BUT - Mister remained calm and steadfast, and today the colleague has apparently shown his true colors to the powers-that-be, and the powers-that-be didn't take to it very kindly. I think a corner my have been turned at long last!

(Sorry to be cryptic but I don't want to jinx anything - or gloat too much)

3. I'm feeling the same way. Things are starting to

turn and it seems the bad guys are starting to get swept away. It's a little here and a little there but it's steady and increasing.

4. Yeah, we still have a few rough patches but

I think we're more stable now. Here's to the trend continuing and gaining speed. Nice to take stock and look on the bright side every once in a while.
