I have three new clearing videos up on You Tube. Three of them have to do with neck movements-- No claim that this could help neck pain.........probably depends on the cause. Do let me know if you notice anything, particularly if it it changes muscle response testing.

are you supposed to keep turning your neck through the video, or at some point watch the crystal? & what is that copper thing? :)

2. no you don't have to turn your neck

Just do what you feel like doing, you can even close your eyes through most of it if you want to.....whatever feels natural to you. Don't force anything, just sit quietly with no distractions with the intention of experiencing an energetic treatment....don't worry about it. You don't have to be in a meditative state or anything. Everyone is different.

The copper thing is an orgone device that I have in my house, made by an incredible Ebay artist. The purpose of that is twofold--amplifying intention, and broadcasting the treatment.
