Owl dream.

I had a dream last night that a huge white owl landed on my bedroom window ledge. Curiously, it was daylight in the dream (yes, I know they're nocturnal.)

Anyone have any "hits" (explanations)? I ask because the last time I saw an owl in real life, someone almost died. I know that various shamanic traditions also teach that owl medicine is healing and transformative. It was an, um, hopeful, inspiring looking owl, but still. It was huge.

1. Yes.

I think it was telling you to be extra aware of something significant yet to manifest. Keep your eyes peeled and heart/mind open.
This is just my *feeling*. I think you'll also find a white feather. Take note.

I thought to mention Athena. Your link shows Minerva, the Roman equivalent of Greek Athena.

They were related to the wound. He patched me up and made me aware that I need to protect that area of my body.
At the same time this was going on, the women's group I was attending was doing a craft of making a *shield* of Athena!
I had a literal shield to help me internalize the wound healing.

So that's her energy. I love it.
