4. Massive heat then BOOM

We have had horrific heat for the past week, often reaching 98 degrees, and in Kentucky that is a bit high. The humidity was oppressive. Saturday was like a massive build up, something had to give, then Sunday afternoon, bang! A big storm blew through with a downpour that had the streets almost flooding within a half-hour (I know because I was driving in it, LOL). It wasn't a dangerous storm, just a giant release that dropped water like pouring from a bucket. This morning it is a steady rain and 69 degrees, a complete turn-around. I went for my run with the dog and it was a completely different world, 15 degrees cooler this morning than yesterday morning when my legs felt like led. The overcast sky actually feels like a protective blanket today and if all I do is knit and cook all day I will be quite fine with that.

My personal release is that I am taking vacation this week, I have become physically and mentally exhausted and just need a break. I have slept a lot this weekend and am starting to feel quite a bit better.

5. Yes, that pressure wave...

was keeping things hot, dry and stagnant. In North Texas, we were on day 68 of 100+ temps. Central Texas broke their record with
100 days of 100+ temps. We had wind yesterday, and it removed the pressure and dropped temps by 40 or so degrees. Nice.
That heat was oppressive.

7. Yes, this will not all release at once, it's a process

like letting off steam today, chilling tomorrow, more steam the next day. Pluto and Saturn and Uranus rule major parts of your life that need to be expressed and balanced. The body has a built-in "governor" that will only allow you to take on so much at a time. That's why I keep telling everyone, it's not just an event that could have happened on 8/8-9, it can go on for months; the theme that is.

Just keep doing the work.
