| This morning I watched the TRY IT ON EVERYTHING DVD. |
|
It was amazing. I was informed it is better to watch the video first, and then read the book. I will start the book tomorrow. ...The car wreck guy working thru his trauma was intense, but after that, I didn't feel as uncomfortable. I have some issues I am dealing with that I hope can be resolved with the EFT method, and I already uncovered something from my past that connects some dots... ..Have any of you cleared yourself using EFT? Also, what can you say to cover the pain of loneliness or abandonment? Is it good to feel gratitude for the experience of being isolated, so that you can move on? Thanks ahead of time. You guys are wonderful.

| 4. Yes, I did EFT; more effective than years of talk therapy |
|
I worked on the tough stuff with a professional EFT therapist, over the phone. Found her and much information at www.emofree.com , which is the website by the guy who developed the technique.
I often forget to use it now -- something about how it works so naturally, for lack of a better word...it's easy to forget that a given trauma or problem didn't just go away on its own.
Anyway, I highly recommend it.
