They look like they are materializing.

Or maybe they are just spinning in such a way that they look like a blur.

I can't say as I've ever seen anything quite like this.

The second photo down is very odd. If you enlarge it, it looks like something is coming out or up from the upper left side.

The translation is horrid. Hard to figure out what the story is all about.

In one of the photos, a man is walking away with apparently no knowledge that this thing is over him.
