...as opposed to the starchy, flaky "baking potatoes". Last year, we grew Russian Banana Fingerlings, and this year we are going to plant last year's green Russian Banana and Yukon Gold. I am impressed by the selection at Wood Prairie. What other varieties would be "waxy"?
