Most are bright orange and ready.
I .. umm.. had no idea it would even grow since I haven't had much luck with pepper plants.
Any ideas on what to do with them or ways to store 'em?

Be careful handling Habaneros. You really don't want to get the oil from handling them in you eyes (or anywhere else.)
They can also be frozen or pickled, but we have never done that. There are lots of recipes on the Net.
Habanero Pepper plants are beautiful. Love it when they turn gold.

.... and air dry them ..... if you have 30 peppers than you should be good until next spring ..... one or two peppers per pot of chili or salsa or ?.
Try to use some fresh .... and be careful they are wicked hot. You might want to make some salsa after you cut the seeds out of one .... a little less hot.
