Is this normal??? I planted bush bean seeds and cucumber seeds

last Sunday. Both began to sprout on Thursday. Pretty fast, isn't it? Do you think I have a magic garden or something?

1. Totally normal.

When they're first sprouting you can almost sit and watch them grow. :hi:

Actually it would seem to require magic for me to be able to get Lima beans to sprout. I am on my 3rd planting now and still having next to no luck. Not only are very few emerging but the ones that are have been attacked by bugs and eaten alive them moment they stick their leaves out. Some don't even get that far. Cukes are doing beautifully planted just inches away.
