Kevin Trudeau held in criminal contempt, facing jail time
Kevin Trudeau, the slick, silver-tongued infomercial king and best-selling author amassed a fortune over years of persistent, late-night hawking.

This week, he made the wrong sales pitch.

Kevin Trudeau has been ordered to appear before a federal judge in Chicago this afternoon after flooding U.S. District Judge Robert Gettleman with e-mails.

What a scuzzball. And people claim the Pharmas have power? They do not and cannot blatantly break the law and get away with it like this guy does. Talk about the ultimate snake oil salesman..:puke:

2. LOL! The Homeopathic Teabag Party in action!

Gettleman previously has banned Trudeau from making infomercials for three years, fined him more than $5 million, then raised that fine to more than $37 million — the amount the FTC figured Trudeau made on the book via his infomercials...

So Trudeau thought it was good idea to get all his customers suckers online organized...and harass a Federal judge who had already tried to fine him $37 MILLION DOLLARS?

Man. That is some Epic Stupid.

3. "If Fox gave him the chance, he said he’d be: “Bigger than O’Reilly. Bigger than Glenn Beck.”
Hate to agree with Kevin but he's probably right. Fox viewers would love this flake. But I'm sure Fox can see the legal problems they would have with him.

4. Update: 30 days in federal jail
One day, Kevin Trudeau will get a dose of his own ‘medicine’
30 days in jail just what the judge ordered for TV pitchman
When smarmy and nationally known TV pitchman Kevin Trudeau stands before a federal judge Thursday to begin serving his 30-day sentence for contempt of court, here's an idea.

He should dress up in a bright white suit and carry a trampoline into court, then bounce up and down before U.S. District Judge Robert Gettleman.

"I'm not depressed! Really I'm not," he could shout. "I'm happy, Your Honor, because I know the secrets that ‘THEY' don't want you to know!"
