Posters in a certain thread keep screaming "a calorie is a calorie and you are just making an excuse for being a lazy pig" evertime other posters tell them that not everyone metabolizes food the same way. :eyes:

A calorie is a calorie.

If somebody's digestive system is absorbing more calories than a skinny person's digestive system, there's still the simple biological fact that reducing caloric intake will reduce weight.
