I worked on the Apollo program at NASA in Houston. My colleagues and I spent many long, grueling hours trying to get everything done on what was a very tight schedule for the first few flights.

Why didn't NASA tell us it was all a hoax and we could go home to our families at a normal time? Or not bother coming in to work at all? Now I'm really pissed!
