States Continue Losing Streak With Game Legislation

If you're scoring at home, this is the ninth time a state law restricting the sale of video games has been beaten down in court. Each of the overturned laws took more or less the same tack: singling out games with violent content, arguing that they are harmful to minors, and imposing penalties on either the purchaser, parents, or retailers for the sale of such games to minors.

Someone should send all of these state legislatures a bill for they time and money they waste on this shite. The moral police will never learn.
