I just beat GUN on easy mode...

and by god....MacGruder, the boss at the end was a HUGE pain in my ass....I spent over two hours trying to figure out how to kill that SOB, and I admit, I had to cheat/look on line to figure out how to kill him....

Otherwise...the rest of the game was a cake walk on easy mode, I plan on starting the "normal" setting campaign later on today, so I can upgrade my weapons/stats....One of the best games, I've ever seen for the Wild West...I had a few gripes but I'll spare you those, cause they weren't gameplay grips anyways....I recommend it.

1. The game is too damn easy

Way too easy and too short.

It is not without merits though. Rockstar creates a hell of a great environment.

2. It wasn't that short to me, I thought

it was easy because of my setting...I haven't started my "normal" campaign yet....I think the two best things I liked was the Quick Draw, and horse riding....the environment is amazing, so many hiding spots, and the layout is rather big....reminds me of GTA III, Superman Returns environments...the interaction with the environment was great.

I've had that game for the longest time and never played it!!

You might like Call of Juarez - but I don't know if it's been released in the States yet. I got a UK copy and played through twice. Rawks.

And fwiw - I got a real short fuse when it comes to help from walkthroughs and faqs. If I can't figure it out in ten minutes or so I'm gonna find out how. :)

4. Well, I usually can figure it out,

but MacGruder was pissing me off, and after my first 30minutes of trying, I turned into a gripe/piss and moan machine....:) I was surprised I didn't wake my wife up....after the two hour mark...I had to look it up.

I used everything in my arsenal, and nothing would happen....and then I'd run out of ammo/weapons/melee attacks...then I was just dancing around hitting him with my weak ass sword/knife/tomahawk....

I do admit, he was the hardest part of the game for me...the rest was fun to play, but it was rather easy....I'd say the next hardest part, was doing the Pony Express side missions(for cash)...a lot of those missions were timed missions....

5. I kinda like this game...

Yes, it's easy and has some hitches, but it's still enjoyable enough.

I just got the gold cross put back together and found out the truth about Ned.

I see you can also stretch this game out by doing all the side missions and stuff.

6. Yeah, I did all the side missions, except

killing the white buffalo...I'm outta arrows! I can't find any arrows anywhere....:(
