| Dungeon Hunter: Alliance (PS3) |
|
Dungeon Hunter: Alliance is a top down action rpg, similar to Diablo, Baulder's Gate, and Champions of Norath. It is available for download on the PS store for under $15. I am just going to bullet point its features...
-Great graphics -Three classes: Warrior, Mage, Thief -Each class has 21 unique skills -Local and online multiplayer -Tons of loot -You can sell items at any time, but you will get more money if you sell your items at a store -Save anywhere -Equip a fairy to use a powerful, once per minute spell. You begin with a bad ass lightning fairy. -Extremely fun -Compatible with the PSMove, but you don't need one. I don't own one, so I haven't tried it.
Controls
X: Attack O,T,S: Class Skills Left Stick: Move Right Stick: Scan large map R1: Action R2: Switch Weapon Set R3: Large Map L1: Potion (potions heal both health and magic) L2: Fairy Spell Start: Save, Options, etc. Select: Character Sheet, Level Up, Equip Items, etc.
If you love mindless RPG hack 'n' slash, and have an extra 15 bucks, you should definitely get this game.

| 1. I've been looking at this |
|
My Sacred 2 disk cracked and I have not found another copy yet, plus Diablo III is not out until late this year or early next and I've had a jones for mindless ARPG'ing. I read the description of this in the PS store and was a little hesitant if this would fit the bill or not, sounds like it will, cool. Thanks!

| 2. My wife and I have been really enjoying it, but she was pissed by the lack of girl characters. |
|
She is really enjoying the thief she made though.
Anyone who loved Baulder's Gate or Champions of Norath on the PS2 will also love Dungeon Hunter.

| 3. How many can play multi? |
|
I'm trying to talk my wife into doing this, so we have something else to do together. My daughter and I used to play Champions of Norrath (and X-Men Legends, and Ultimate Marvel Alliance), so she might want to join in, too.

| 4. Online, 4; local, at least 2. I don't know if local play supports 4 players. |
|
For local multiplayer, player one starts a game, and then another player presses Start on another controller. The other player can either play an already established character from another game, or create a new character.
