of space...how many songs can you post on a site with that kind of space?

2. Depends how long they are.
But I would guess around 10 or so.

4. it's about 1.5 meg per minute for mp3
depending on compression level

(this is for high quality)

At this rate, 500 meg would would give you about 333 minutes of music.
