1. Even better: get out and HEAR the stuff.

So many people are so goddam visually oriented, after 3 generations of teevee I guess, that they can't relate to a musical performance unless it's some kind of SHOW, fer chrissakes. I say, if a blind man can't dig your concert, something's wrong.

I meant attend a show in person and not watch that american idol crap on TV!

3. I go out here and there

The music scene here has become a drag. I used to even play out there, but these days it isn't worth it. One of these days I might decide to start again, but it won't be in a band or anything, or it will be a different type of music and not the rock thing.

I am all for live music, but even the unsigned and local acts aren't really that good anymore.
