Animal totem...spirit guide....

I've been intrigued with the hawk's presence in my experience for the last five years. I always viewed its presence, or hearing the cry, as a positive reinforcement that all is well.

It's presence in my life in the last year has been minimal, though in the last couple of weeks I've heard the cries more often. A couple of weeks ago I noticed one sitting on the light post across the street from me, staring at my house. I thought it was awesome.

I came home last week to find a HUGE HAWK sitting on my mailbox! There are tons of trees around, so what an odd vantage point for this magnificent creature.

I'm taking it as a concrete sign that a very important message is coming my way soon. I choose to believe it shall be a positive message for the first time in a long time. LOL.

Any thoughts about what, to me, seems to be a significant "sign" by a guide?

I've noticed as well the absence when I'm not on the right path. I also notice abundant presence when I am in any sort of crisis or stress. Good luck on your message...are you expecting news? :)

There is a bit of work-related news pending, and my relationship is at a crossroads. Interestingly, I've been very neutral about everything - in one of those proverbial voids of late. I haven't been connected to Spirit - not consciously - of late, and it's not a comfortable place for me. Seeing the hawk at that level - eye level - was powerful. Perhaps the only message is to stay connected. ;)

P.S. - Interestingly, one of the links talks about the hawk being a life totem, rather than a situational totem. I've never heard that before but it feels right.
