A fun discussion: Time travel to discover...?

I was just watching a program about the assassination of JFK and it made me think...what if I could travel back in time, what would I see? So, let me ask what interests you guys/gals!

If you could travel BACK in time, what top 5 things would you like to see? You could not interfere. It would be as if you were a ghost, no one would know you were there. You could follow anyone, anywhere. I say top 5, but you can list more if you like.

For me:
1. I would want to know who Jack the Ripper was!
2. I would want to see Stonehenge constructed.
3. I would want to see the battle between Alexander the Great and the Thebean 300! (I am queer, so that would be real cool!)
4. I would want to know who killed JFK.
5. I would want to be with the Shrub on 9-11 and hear what really happened on AF1!

I'm a military history buff, so mine are ultra geeky:

1. Alexander's Seige of Tyre
2. Battle of Zama
3. English Civil War battle of Marston Moor (Cromwell's big debut)
4. Austerlitz
5. Russian Civil War

4. I'd like to be able to check out the loot stored in Rome

by what is now known as the Roman Catholic Church.

That would mean traveling through multiple decades but I think it might be extremely informative to see what "they" have and why "they" have it.

I would like to watch our galaxy, universe, solar system, planet come into being.

I would like to observe a normal day's routine among a group of the earliest humans to populate the earth.

I would like to observe pre-roman druids at work in a sacred grove.

I would like to witness a normal day's routine in Machu Picchu in the 15th century, and Palenque in the 7th century.

6. Time travel

I would want to know if:

1. Nefertiti really did assume the name of Smenkhare and rule Egypt in her own right as pharaoh after the death of Akhenaten.

2. What did Akhenaten really look like and do his physical characteristics indicate that he might have had Marfan's Syndrome.

3. Who was Tutankhamen's father and was Tutankhamen murdered.

4. Was there a long co-regency between Amenhotep III and his son Akhenaten or a short one.

5. What happened to Ankhesenamen following her marriage to Ay.
