Does anyone here know anything about seances

and what is the best way to do them? Not sure what is the best approach. I'm sure there are books and websites out there that can provide guidance--any recommendations? Has anyone had any personal experience they would share? I'm serious about doing this. I feel comfortable in spiritual pursuits, am familiar with people who have a high level of psychic dvelopment. I once had an experience years ago that demonstrated to me that with the right attitude, seances can be enlightening. But I need to know more in order to do this now. Any help is appreciated.
