But for future reference...stolen from the Skeptics Annotated Bible, of course:

Genesis 18:32 - God kills the entire populations of Sodom and Gomorrah. Except the Lot family, but then he gets pissed at Mrs. Lot and turns her into a pillar of salt. God was willing to spare the cities if Lot could find "10 righteous people," but apparently they couldn't find any righteous newborns, infants or toddlers.

Exodus 12:29 - God kills all the firstborn Egyptian children.

Numbers 16:41-50 - God apparently kills an entire tribe, about 250 people. The Israelites bitch about it, and God sends them a nice plague, increasing the body count to 14,700. God takes religious criticism about as well as some DU'ers...:-)

Numbers 31:1-54 - Slaughter of the Amalekites. Sayeth God: "Kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him. But all the women children, that have not known a man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves."

Deuteronomy 2:33-36 - Slaughter of Sihon and his tribe. Gawd's people brag that they "utterly destroyed the men, women, and the little ones" leaving "none to remain."

Deuteronomy 20:16-17 - God's instructions on dealing with the Hittites, Amorites, Canaanites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites: "Thou shalt save alive nothing that breatheth...as the Lord thy God hath commanded thee."
