It's the very definition of tyranny to check if parents are letting their children die, obviously. The next thing you know, they'll be demanding that parents spend money keeping their children alive, or saying they children have to go into care if the parents don't want to keep them alive. And there's something in the 4th Amendment about the right to kill your children when they're still under 18, I'm sure. Or is it 21?
