| Did anyone catch the premiere of "Numb3rs, on CBS, tonight? |
|
It stars Rob Morrow from "Northern Exposure," David Krumholtz ("The Santa Clause 2"), which I never saw, and Judd Hirsch, from "Taxi," as their dad. I thought that it was very well done, good production values and writing and a totally new and fresh idea, though it was a little gruesome for me, since Rob Morrow works for the FBI and was trying to solve the case of a serial rapist-murderer. His brother, a math genius, helps him in his cases. A very novel and interesting idea, IMHO. It was on after today's AFC championship game, at 10, but will be on Fridays, at 10, ET, on CBS. Give it a chance. I recommend it.:-)

| 1. I saw the part where Morrow tricked his brother |

about the Dodger game -- he had recorded it.
The show looked pretty good. A cop show with a twist.

Original and well-written. But I didn't realize that about the baseball game, LOL! I missed the very beginning. The premiere was a bit gruesome for me, about a serial rapist-murderer, but Friday's is about a bank robbery. I'm definitely going to try to catch it. The twist is that the brother is a math genius and can predict what is going to happen, through his math equations. This is the kind of intelligent programming that we have been missing in this age of "Fear Factor." :scared:

| 3. I might do that as well, catch it Friday I mean. |

CSI bugs me. I think it's too gory and has too much fun with the graphic imagery.
And I've always liked Judd Hirsch.
