There's some good information and advice but there are some things about the show that make me angry.
For example, the week that they all plateaued, there should have been more discussion at the time that weight loss isn't linear -- that our bodies make adjustments and nearly everyone will plateau at one time or another. There was a little bit of discussion about that at the beginning of the next show but not nearly enough.
I also didn't like how the trainer jumped all over his group when he didn't agree with their choice of who to kick off. He seemed to have his favorites and I don't think that's right.
And while they do win interim prizes for winning challenges, I hate how the game is so focused on weight loss as opposed to also measuring inches or fat percentage or some combination.
But I'm still hooked on the show; I'm usually not home on Tuesdays so I catch it on USA Network on Mondays.

Yeah, they should really include more education on weight loss. When they plateaued, there should have been more discussion. They hardly mention that muscle weighs more than fat. I'd hate to see anyone that wants to lose weight use this show as a role model. It's all entertainment.

but I don't like that now they have it overlapping with the Amazing Race, makes it hard to know which to tape and which to watch. :argh:
