The Fall of Goldenboy. Man did Blake ever hang himself. What was he trying to do out there. He had such a lock on the jury if he could have just not pissed people off so much. My boy Brian played him like a fiddle. I loved that clip when they showed Brian bating him and reeling him in. Bate Blake, that is just too funny.
Laz, you will be happy to hear that I am getting tired of Stephanie's whining. That interview with her last night where she just complained about being on another loser tribe pissed me off. However, she is still the hottest girl on the show, so I want to keep her around.
What was wrong with Jamie. Didn't he think to look over his shoulder at the rope chopping god. Why didn't he listen to Judd who was telling him what to do. Judd needs to watch himself or else he will lose his power position quickly. You can't talk down to a tribe member in front of others like that. I could tell stef was pissed about his comments.
All in all, another very good episodes.

1. As I said in another thread: I can't wait until Steph goes
|
I rooted for her last season but her whining has gotten on my last nerve.
I'm glad Danni (go girl, I picked you to win!) decided to switch her vote to Blake. At least I am pretty sure it was Danni that broke with her other alliance. Not only did I find Blake's stories stupid and he with a bit of an ego, but I don't like when it gets predictable. If Brian had gone, then next time it would be Amy or Gary and so on.

2. Danni and Bobby John switched

I was surprised that Bobby John bounced sides like that. I too was glad to see Goldenboy go.

3. Bobby John switched too?

I didn't realize that. Huh. I thought he was the one talking about how he said he wouldn't vote against Blake and he didn't want to start going back on his word... anyway. I must have missed the end when they show the votes.

4. Yeah, we were surprised too

His last comment wa that it was too early for him to switch. I guess he was as pissed at Blake as we were. That may come back to bite them in the ass. I would have bounced Amy first, then Blake if I were Bobby John.

I think Cindy is hotter this season, but that's just me.
That reward challenge was a blast. The farm boys showed some real skillz winning it, and that ranks up there as one of the best tribal rewards ever, just below the Giant Tank o'Water in Survivor Africa.
I think the early switch may actually have done what Burnett has been looking for, and that's actually blur tribal lines. We've seen three people jump already.
What would be really exciting is another switch next week, just to throw things off again.

I can't believe they got a lounge pool. That is so cool.
Cindy huh. she does not do a lot for me. Oh well, to each his own.
I was glad ot see the early switch start to blur tribal lines. Who really cares about tribes. should I really put more stock in someone I met 15 days ago v. someone I met 3 days ago. I barely know any of these people and really am just here for the game anyway.
The adverts say another twist is coming next week. I doubt it will be another switch though. We are due for a double eviction episode, if they plan on staying for only 39 days and keeping on schedule with evictions. It might be two immunity challenges in two days like last season or maybe the bullshit double tribal, also like last season and Vanuatu, where both tribes have to go. I hate that. No way it should have happened last year. I hope it does not happen now. With the extra two tribe members though, they need to cut two out in less than three days.
The tribal switch may be important if that is the case. Remember Vanuatu where one person won individual immunity or last season where one tribe confers individual immunity on a person in the other tribe. Maybe the early switch will come into play if an individual immunity is at stake.
Another switch would be cool, I just don't see Brunet shaking it up that much.
Stephanie is such a babe a can overlook the annoying whining. I was hoping she would win the pool just for the bikini poolside lounging shots.

Oh, duh to me. Nevermind. Pay no attention to me. No wonder my husband says I never remember anything... I am just losing my mind.

8. That was one of the worst losses I've ever seen....

The reward was fantastic! But I couldn't believe they let Jamie go at it for so long. And then he wanted to finish it even after it was over?!!
