I think it's a clue. I don't read the message boards, so I have no idea what others think (with Lost, you could spend all day reading on-line theories).

This week's episode, where John blows up the communication station: Was that the tortured woman's cat at the communication station, or did it just look exactly the same?

no it wasn't the same cat, but I thought you would be interested in what the one eyed man Mikhail and the black woman Klugh said in Russian when they were outside and he had the gun. He then shot her.

Klugh: Mikhail. Mikhail! You know what to do.

Mikhail: We still have another way .

Klugh: We cannot risk it. You know the conditions.

Mikhail: There is another way.

Klugh: They captured us. We will not let them to get into the territory.

Klugh: You know what to do. That's an order.

Mikhail: We still have another way!

Klugh (in English): Just do it, Mikhail.

Mikhail: Forgive me. (shoots)
