I was thrilled to see Rocky voted out, but I thought the episode was overall a little weak. Though it may have been the set-up for the GREATEST moment in Survivor history. When my man Yao buried the BS idol, I got so excited. I would love someone to play that stupid fake idol. Can you imagine someone like Michele or Alex digs up the idol and thinks they may be voted out so when Jeff says does anyone want to play the idol, they pull out that stupid thing. Jeff looks at it and says, what the hell is that? that would be the greatest moment ever. I am SO hoping that it happens. I thought it was a boring flame-thrower challenge, but a nice reward for Ravu. Rocky's silly taunts did him in. Boo's calling my man Yao out for being weal pissed me off. I now dislike Boo. The blindfold smash game was fun to watch, but not nearly as fun as watching Michele fall off the platform.

Anyway, I wish I got to see Rocky get smacked in the mouth by a cinder block, but oh well. At least he is on the jury where we will see him cry until the last night. Yau finding the idol was great. Earl got the assist.

1. I'M OUT...

I'm actually glad I'm out, I had no idea that James (Rocky) was such a tool. I love that Yau buried a dummy idol. Boo is a dimwit that will be voted out very soon from that tribe because everybody is thinking merge at this point and he is perceived as being very strong, not a good thing in the merge. I don't think he has any strong alliances with his current tribe, he's as good as voted out. I felt bad for Michele, that looked like it hurt. Go Yau and Earl and maybe Alex and Eduardo.

2. Did you notice the previews?

Looks like the team turns on Lisi and goes hunting for the idol without her. Not too cool after she's given them the clues. But, I guess, it wasn't smart for her to trust anyone either.

Rocky is an ass. And I love Yao's trick. I can't wait to see someone find it and try to use it. A true representation of the game's Outwit parameter.

3. The fake idol

I love the idea, but I thought that he had more time to implement it more believably. So far, just he and his buddy knew the clues, so there's no risk of anyone even looking for it, so he really had time to make a believable fake -- the half-coconut shell thing seemed like it might easily be considered a fraud if anyone finds it.

He could also lure somebody to find it by confiding in them what the clues were, and directing them where to find it -- but, again, the idol would have to look believable, and he'd have to be really clever about how he'd do it.

Here's the thing though -- last season we witnessed how public knowledge of who the idol-holder was actually was a tremendous benefit to the holder, in that nobody wanted to risk voting for him, not knowing who the 2nd person in line would be.

So, it's a risky strategy going this route.

But makes things interesting!

And hell ya, I'm glad Rocky is gone, he was horribly annoying.

4. I think yo are right

And eventually people will know that Yao and Earl have the idol. I think one of those two will win this thing, though I keep hoping Cassandra pulls herself out of the funk she is in. I like her a lot. Dreamz may have shot himself in teh foot with not backing Rocky, but we will see.

5. Buh-bye Rocky! Good riddance!

I hope he sees how irritating he is when he watches himself on TV! Ravu voted women off and kept losing. About time they switched and got rid of a guy! I'm glad Yao found the idol...he's playing smart. Why couldn't Boo see when he got up on the platform? What was wrong with his eyes? I watched it on tivo so I got to see Michelle fall off the platform over and over! I figure they'll have one more episode with the mixed tribes, then they'll merge.

6. Yay! Rocky's gone

I was so tired of Rocky. Despite his claims that he likes women, he sure didn't seem to respect them. I hope someone else is sent to Exile Island so they will look for the fake Immunity Idol. I would love to see the look on Jeff's face if that was pulled out. LOL!

Hmmm, might my guy Alex start looking for the other Immunity Idol next week? I hope he finds it. I think he's cute, I have a crush. :blush:

He is smart, kind yet frisky. He looks like the winner to me.
