| New Episode of Project Runway |
|
Don't know if I will be awake for it but just giving a heads up. This could be a fun one in that they have to fix an outfit.

I totally disagree with the judges but such is life. Good episode though. They are very correct on the winners though.

| 2. The winning team was a no-brainer, I thought |

I think it would have been hard to put big shoulder pads in anything and make it look modern and fresh. That little jacket was a bit odd but so was the "dance" outfit.
My personal vote for worst was Kit's dress with the tie. It seemed very un-hip. But the collection was cohesive so I guess it made the cut because of that.

| 3. When are they gonna learn? |

I agree that Jillian's team was the runaway winner. All the pieces were fantastic.
The thing that always gets me with these team challenges is that nobody can really put their egos aside and bring their relative strengths/talents to bear in the designs. Ricky allowed himself to get so caught up in Christyna's drama that I was frankly shocked that he made it through. Their arguments reminded me a lot of Vincent and Angela last season, and as I recall, they were also in the bottom two. Granted, it's hard not to want to drive the bus because it's always your ass on the line, but you sometimes have to compromise and defer to others' opinions and expertise. Jillian somewhat got testy with , yet she left him alone (in other words, trusted his ability) and he came up with a really nice looking pair of shorts.
I will miss Chris, though. He seemed like a good guy. (Still have the image of him running to the tents in the first challenge, when everything was pretty much picked over by the time he got there.)
(Before the Wednesday rerun Bravo had the menswear design challenge episode. I watched that again and I think that Sweet P definitely should have gone -- at least Carmen had the honesty to say upfront her design was poor and that she ran out of time; there was NO EXCUSE for the mess Sweet P put out there. But I digress.)

| 4. I thought Chris' outfit was actually OK but his leadership wasn't |
|
As for the menswear challenge there was a whole lot of ugly going down that runway. The men were smokin hot but some of the outfits were just horrid. I think what saved Sweet P was that her outfit at least would have looked good had it been well executed but Carmen's was hopeless.

| 5. I don't understand what makes a collection "cohesive." |
|
Is it color, fabric or what?
Considering the fact that I know nothing about fashion, I love Project Runway!

| 7. Cohesion basicly is would one person wear all the outifts |
|
In this challenge the winning team had a clear, unifying theme in their style. All three outfits could easily be seen on the same woman.
