Tonight's two new episodes were better than the show's been in years; plus, the first episode had the new ADA make a snide remark about Judith Miller, the second episode was about Enron-style energy markets gaming, and Fred Thompson was nowhere to be seen.

but maybe we'll see more of him in future episodes. Interesting twists to both episodes. Did you catch McCoy saying that his office isn't a "showroom" in response to the ADA noting that the shelves weren't full of trophies like they were with Thompson's DA? :)
