I've been watching this since their pilot, and so far...I think its great, only two more shows before the season is over.
And Katey Segal...damn, nice seeing her in TV again.

| 1. Missed the start, we'll pick it up, but THE SHIELD RULES! FX rules! |
|
The Shield series ended last night, but Testees is pretty good too.
They're doing something right over there.

| 2. I liked it a lot. Can't wait for another season |

The Shield was a classic. I saw every ep when it originally aired. The ending was perfect.
Hopefully SAMCRO will live up to the Shield's lofty level.

Nothing like seeing some neo-nazis getting their asses kicked by SAMCRO. Sweet.

Season 4 has been the best season so far, a lot of issues hitting the fan.

Without getting into spoilers... I could swear I saw something a few weeks ago that said it was re-newed for another season but damn... This sure as hell is looking like a final season. Awesome stuff though.

but I heard via Sutters dvd extra's that he wanted 7 seasons, if what goes down this season goes the way I think, I'm not sure what can happen in the next two seasons, unless Sutter really drags out the SOA nemesis, aka the Niners, Mayans, and perhaps even Zobelle from season II. Then SOA can really go back to the way they were before Clay went off the deepend, and further along the lines of what Opie/Jax want, out of guns. Gemma is going to present a major issue though, but I think her love of her grandchildren will outweigh her love of being the Old Lady in charge.

| 7. It would have to go another three seasons to reach seven - spoilers/speculation |
|
heh, this is still the end of season four. I just watched this weeks episode and I can now see how it can go on, with Juice and Bobby up against each other in prison and everyone else trying to clean up Clay's mess by having to go up against the cartel. The only thing is that Tara would almost have to die in the next episode or early next season to get Jax to stay. Also, Clay would have to either die or be pretty much out of the picture for all of next season while he recuperates... Which is good as then we get more Kim Coates, always a good thing :D
The one thing from this weeks episode that confused me is the cartel... Did they really look into if Otto had turned? Do they just want to go through with the deal... Trap the feds and kill them... or setting up SOA by not showing and letting them take the fall?

I don't think the cartel looked up anything, I think they toot their horn a lot more than usual. I believe the cartel really doesn't give a damn about SOA, and I think they will try to flush SOA fast because everything is costing them money, and time.
Yeah, forgot, this is season 4(brain fart!). I do love the Tig, I would really enjoy more Tig/Opie screen time. I don't see how Clay survives this season, or another full season, everyone wants to kill him, Tara, Gemma, Opie, Unser...to me the wild card is Tig, he is now strongly back in Clays court, what if the Tigster comes across Jax trying to kill Clay, it would VERY interesting.....
I don't see how Tara dies, unless its by the hands of Gemma, the tension between both ladies has been growing, especially Tara's because her give a shitter is broke. It irritates me that there was no screen time for Juice/Bobby/Otto this past episode...can't wait til next Tuesday.

| 9. More spoilers... The way I see it |
|
Tara is dead set on leaving and Jax along with her. The only way I see her staying is if she gets rid of Gemma but I expect Gemma is the bigger ratings draw so she gets to stay :D As of the end of last episode, Gemma is wicked pissed at Tara for out smarting her, Gemma also made it clear she wants HER family back in charge of the club so... I see Gemma finding a way to get rid of Tara in a way that makes Jax want to stay and take over... And I think that makes Tara dead :D
