I may have to start watching Desperate Housewives

It got mentioned several times in this forum, and I've been reading the recaps on TWoP. I'm intrigued. It looks like there are some hilarious moments on that show, too. I really like the actress who plays Gabriell. She was great on Y&R, and I can just see her in that roll.

I've been watching it from the first episode. I'm still not sure why I watch it, but it seems I can't help myself. :-)

2. No, and now I wish I had.

The commercials just didn't appeal to me. It looked like it would be just another evening soap, and although I've watched daytime soaps I've never been a fan of prime time ones like Melrose Place.

And I also hate "joining" a show in progress. But the main reason I probably won't pick this one up is I already have too many "must see" shows to watch each week! :D

4. The good thing about DH...

Is that they use a voice over each week to catch you up on what's going on. I think Gabrielle is just gorgeous, I'd do her and I'm a straight woman!

The show is a riot. The characters alone aren't necessarily what's so funny as the situations they put them in, and they have a very intriguing sense of humor on the show.

5. I may start watching mid-season

because I've been reading recaps of the show so I kind of know what is gong on. Normally I wouldn't start watching after the season has started, though.

6. The commercials didn't appeal to me either infact

they made me not want to watch but there was so much talk about it everywhere that I decided to watch and see what the fuss was about. I ended up becoming addicted. :-)

7. I LOVE this show!

Initially, I thought I wouldn't watch it, because it was opposite one of my long time faves, Law & Order Criminal Intent with Vincent D'onofrio. But that gets re-aired once a week on USA network, and I really wanted to watch Desperate Housewives. I just KNEW it would be good! I haven't regretted my decision for a moment!
