I HATE "to be continued!" What kind of shit is that for TAR? I want my philimination fix, dammit!

I put a spoiler warning in the subject line just to be safe, but there aren't really any spoilers because NOTHING HAPPENED!

1. I loved it when

the cabby kicked Johnathan out of his cab! My favorite part of the episode. I hate the To Be Continued crap, too. Although it is looking like Bolo and Lauri don't have much of a chance to catch up. They have at least 8 hours to make up.

I kept thinking, "kick them out!" so I was glad when he did. It's a shame they found another cab so quickly.

how much time can be left between the Internet cafe and the pit stop? they've already done both the detour and roadblock. Hopefully, something really unusual happens next week. Otherwise, I'm going to be even more upset that they just didn't put bolo and lori out of their misery on tuesday!

4. What was nice was the contrast vs. Gus, enjoying the Danube

I was also furious with Jonathan for harrassing Gus about the tickets, and for yelling at the ticket agent for "making him lose the race".

8. Jonathan continues being the ultimate ass

tries to slam Victoria's hands in the trunk lid, mouths of to the cabby and keeps on and on with Gus and Hera, I hope that karma eventually catches with that asshole. :mad:

9. I think something good must happen next or

they wouldn't continue it. If the wrestlers were so far behind that they couldn't catch up, you'd think they would have just axed them like they did with the hayrollers.

It seems like they spent more time showing us the various teams getting to the catapult/cannonballrun task than they have in the past. I think there's a reason for it.

This asswipe's television experience has gone on just way, way too long. Unfortunately, it would appear he is using this show to audition to be a FOX NEWS anchor.

15. I was disappointed in this show....

We'd seen much of it before. And Jon looked like more of an asshole and I didn't think that was possible. Of course, Victoria's still with him so I guess she deserves him somehow.

Kris is adorable and I think she has a great attitude.

I was embarrassed at the way Kendra acted in Africa. Speaking of the ugly American!

it is almost as hard for me to believe that she's as nice as she is shown to be as it is for me to believe that Jonathan is as assholish as he is shown to be.

18. I'm sure there's tons of editing but you

don't hear certain people spouting really bad things. Hera hasn't said anything too damaging. And I don't think Kris has said anything horrifying. Yet, Kendra and Jon have both had plenty of bad things aired. If they didn't say the stuff, they couldn't show it.

The producer told him to chill it out some, saying "the camera is a very powerful weapon."

Jonathon is learning how powerful a weapon it is right now. The camera is not his friend.

20. About editing

Reality famewhores always like to complain about being edited in a poor light. But let's face it, the editors can only work with the footage they're given. If you're an asshole 95% of the time well, then that's how you will be portrayed...because it's true. If you're nice 95% of the time then that's how you will be portrayed.

Besides I find that the Amazing Editors are much less willing to monkey around with how people are portrayed than on other reality shows. Hell they don't have to, with the material they're given.
