Sorry I haven't been around much lately

School calls. And, albeit begrudingly, I answer. There have been so many great posts that I have wanted to reply to lately but they move so fast now, and I'm usually on and off quickly, so I don't have a lot of time. But seriously, this forum saves my life. You guys all rock hardcore.

Yeah, Faye, I had been wanting to post an appreciation thread for you since you rock so much and got this group started, but I never got around to it - glad to see Kleeb did, though.

Also, I feel like an old timer now. I just noticed that whome and TayTay recently got 1000 posts, and I remember when you both were younguns with under 100 posts. Aww! I feel old!

WEL, when first I entered into the world of this here JK Forum, you took me by the hand, told me to lighten up and post something with some longing oomph in it. I am forever grateful. I now even use floatie hearts. And I know where Wisconsin is, which is not near you in Illinois, which is not like where you are from which is flat. Thank you for that. Oh, and for the indelible image (well, thats Vektor, actually) of WMD's in some MA exports. (I hadn't thought of that.) Ahm, this is much different from all the previous discussions I've had about John Kerry in all my adult life. (Well, except for that one time with my sister.)

(OMG, I am about to make a sappy, ass-kissing, yet totally sincere post. Pick yourself up off the floor...) You're really neat -- hilarious, smart, as much the real deal as somebody else we know, and I'm so glad for this website for letting us meet.

Ahh yes, but you're making too much of post counts. Remember how you got your high count. I'm hoping to move up gradually rather than create a post explosion or heaven forbid, Diebold my post count (:scared:). But this board is cool, even though the method by which you bumped your count won't work anymore -- the forum's friendly atmosphere strongly discourages lurking or quasi-lurking.

I bet that even if you removed all references to his name from this board and the messages, you could place Kerry in front of DU, let him browse the candidate groups, ask him which group of supporters he'd like to have, and he'd pick us.
