first one--
Reid's talk on the Dem reform agenda: excellent run-down of everything this country needs, and pointing out the fact that the repubs are doing nothing about it. Says that the WH and GOP leadership jump to do the bidding of the RW, but put the rest of us on hold.
Whometense, I think it was your comment about how similar it is to Kerry's? I agree--he must be a major collaborator with Reid. A "shadow" minority leader--heehee.

second one--
WH press conference: DEADLY BORIMG--but at the start, if you click on the clip, you will see the chairs only about half full, and Scotty makes a joke about lots of you must have left early. Or maybe they died from boredom and spin the last time they were there. :(
Body language note: Scott looks insincere: monotones, body doesn't move with the words for emphasis, few hand gestures, etc. I like to tune in to monitor the anger reaction the press has been exhibiting lately, and the level of anxiety from Scotty. The BS is thick today.
edit: oh and someone asked him if the president is against contraception, because the sperm and egg are both considered "life"! Funny--but he wouldn't answer it.
