Is there any chance we might be able to present our birthday cards to Kerry himself, and not just to an aide? Maybe if we contact his office ahead of time, and let them know thaat there are several constituents of his among the group? Does anyone know who we could call about that? Perhaps he could spare a few minutes before or after the event on 12/11 to say a few words to a group of loyal supporters?

I have no idea if this is possible. Perhaps just wishful thinking...sigh.

I just checked the airfare - it's not so bad. I still don't know if I can pull this off but I could come in Saturday and stay with a girlfriend up near the NH border Saturday night but would need to stay in town on Sunday to catch a flight out.

11. How many DU JK Group Massholes are going to the 12/11 event?

If we want to make a case to Kerry's office for him to meet with us so we can present the birthday cards, it might be helpful to say how many constituents of his are in the group. The ones I know of are me, TayTay and Whome. Is Mass going? Any others you know of?
