19. Don't know if it was a repeat, but Kerry was just on

with Cantwell and Lieberman in a press conference. He was saying that none of the money was in the present, he expects them to leave the Katrina and liheap funding in and pay for it "like they pay for the tax cuts, by borrowing". He mentioned some of the Liheap bills did have offsets. They are waiting to see what Frist and Stevens do.

I like his green tie. What's odd is I saw it because I ran to the TV after openning the Kerry group and seeing the Kerry on C-SPAN2 Now - which was from this morning.
