His point this time is so lame. This is obviously a targeted piece and the organization is thanking everyone remotely involved. Watching the press conference, you could see that Kerry clearly was a leading player. He did a great job assisting Cantwell while she was leading.

But I would bet it was Kerry who made sure Lieberman was there- because he is good on environment and because he is so pro-war. They needed him to insure that people wouldn't be too chicken to vote against cloture. Cantwell and Kerry were the ones there when it came up on the budget.

I honestly don't think Reid was more involved or more important on this than Kerry - that he wasn't mentioned as prominently in the article proves nothing. (with Reid it was almost courtesy.)
