A big thank you and good news to boot

I can't tell y'all (I'm allowed to say that my Daddy's from Georgia) how much this group means to me. :grouphug:

I found it right after the election after a pretty low moment at my Church when I really felt that maybe God wanted me to leave the Catholic faith. I felt like I belonged no where - my religious/Catholic acquaintances were mainly conservative and my liberal friends were mainly non-religious.

So I now come here - I read all the posts (even if I don't post too much myself) and I feel at home. And I think God sent me here for a reason - He still wants me (as a Catholic)!!

The good news is that my goal for Lent was to forgive and let go of a very long standing grudge and I feel like I did it. And it feels so good. I need to start moving down the list of grudges and forgive more people.
