I, too, have my disagreements with the Church (ordination for women, anyone?), but there is still much beauty here. I enjoy the Mass and saying the rosary (the Chaplet of the Divine Mercy, too), and many traditions that I feel are still meaningful today. I am fortunate enough to live near a parish church where I feel comfortable, with a priest who is probably deeply distressed by what is going on (if you could get him to talk about it). I am not going to leave the church to a bunch of celibate men in an ivory tower when it belongs just as much to me as it does to them.

Agree with what you have posted here.
Said the Chaplet of the Divine Mercy, on Mercy Sunday.
I figured that it will take an awful lot of troubles to separate me from the Church.
