Is it safe to mix the 900mg of daily S.J.W. with one 5-HTP pill...
Trying to self-medicate since I don't trust the pharma-pushed pills , and I'm not sure about trying 5-HTP since I'm only comfortable with herbs.
Or should I wait for the effect of SJW by itself since I've been taking i for only a week and a half now..
anyway , its nice to hear what other peoples perspective is on those over the counter products.

If only to be able to know if something is helping or not.
SJW needs to be taken for awhile before results can be seen.
