Looking up close at this, I can't see any lines. I thought at first he might've been pointing, since the index finger knuckle is so white. But up close it doesn't show any telltale lines or imperfections from being shopped there. (The navy blue jacket and sleeve behind the finger look consistant with a real photo). Of course the "bird" finger is off color. But if you look to where the natural skin tone starts on his middle knuckle, then his fist looks far too loose to be a normal "thumbs up" sign.
How was this done, or where on the image were the changes made? Or, dare I wish it, was Einstein really flipping someone off during a solemn occasion?
