Reminds me of the light shows you get when you press your fingers against your eyeballs... Do you have tiny cameras implanted inside your eyes.

2. It was on the streets at nights.

I used a long exposure, 1-2 seconds, and moved the camera in different motions. It took a few before I got it so that no background could be seen, and the design be of some interest.
