| Do you have a personal photo site you'd like to share a link to with everyone? |
|
Please share it here. Flickr, Smugmug, whatever.
Please let everyone know where they can find your photos beyond DU.
Thanks!

and find the buildings in Kiev to be beautiful, The HDR ones look nice, I just downloaded an HDR program and have been messing around with it a little.

| 9. Thank you. I had to get over my shyness, and that took years. |
|
It still stings when people react negatively. I erase the image(s) if they complain.
BTW, love your blog.

So many I don't know where to start, but one thing I love is how you find treat simple everyday objects and show their mystery and beauty. Like in your wheelbarrows, disrepair, planter, water8 and redhouse to name a few....

| 15. Thank you. The light on the day I took Redhouse was wonderful. |

Such light is rare during a Kentucky winter.

I know there are a LOT of pictures there. I probably need to get in and weed some out, but since they're all like my children, it's hard to do. :)

| 16. I'm still looking at your flower album. Love the saturation |
|
and composition. The roses against the corrugated metal (Pinks) is very nice. Flowers are shameless. Georgia O'Keefe understood that, it appears you do too.
Read Michael Pollan's "Botany of Desire" to see how flowers and other plants manipulate us. Your perception of Tulips will be changed for ever.
"Second Wet Rose" is as good as any pro image I've seen. The green cast is a nice touch. Using light and dark to isolate and simplify is a nice touch.
