Were you laying down when you took it? Great perspective . . . and those sunbeams on the left adds so much interest!

4. Thank you. I held the camera to the ground. I was guessing

the framing. I had the zoom at its widest, and the shutter wide open. I wanted to make a macro landscape. The black and white was to remove unnecessary information. The same goes for the short DOF.

My camera is a Canon G10. They are pretty good at macro.

Maybe so. But I find as photographers, especially in this group, we tend to downplay our expertise. Tend to downplay our creativity. Tend to downplay our intuition.

You take fabulous photos alfredo, and I have learned so much by just watching, observing, and listening.

And frankly, that goes for all who contribute to this group.

9. Light is the raw material, without it we can create little.

We are sun worshipers. It inspires, aids, defeats, and washes out our LCD's. We can't take credit for what the light hands us. We just document what the sun has presented to us.
